This mini-course is for anyone that is looking to improve their mental performance. While I primarily work with athletes in my coaching, the principles can be applied to anyone that is serious about improving their overall well-being. It's about taking back control over the things that ARE in your control, and being intentional with who you are becoming.
Yes, the course costs $39, that's it. The reason is because my brother was 39 years old when he passed away. I am turning 39 this year, and I wanted to do all that I could to invite more goodness, light and conversations about mental health before I turned 39 (personal goal). In my personal meditation, this is what resonated true for me and who I want to become. I assure you the value is much higher, but it's about impact for me.
I decided to film the course during the month of November, which for me is dedicated to MOvember. MOvember is about raising awareness for men's mental health, and so I shave my beard and have only the mustache (of some sort) to invite conversations about mental health. I thought it was only fitting to rock it boldly in honor of Skyler.

Every other course teases you with what you get, without actually telling you what you'll be learning. Here is the full course framework. This is designed to be short and sweet, while providing you tools that you can use for as long as you want. Each module is 6 minutes or less, with a total of 12 videos. Do that math, you can learn how to rewire your brain, and perform at a higher level as an athlete (and human) in less than an hour.
You'll receive tools and resources, including a daily journal framework to help you shift your mindset, and anchor your days for success.
